HTS 3206.20.00 covers pigments and preparations based on chromium compounds under heading 3206 (other coloring matter; preparations as specified in note 3 to this chapter, other than…). US Customs collects import statistics for it under 4 ten-digit suffixes, reported in kilograms.
Neighbouring lines carry rates from duty-free to 6.5%, so the exact line matters. The widest gap is with 3206.49.40 (preparations based on carbon black), at duty-free: a product that belongs there but is entered here, or the reverse, changes the duty by 3.7 percentage points.
