HTS 5703.21.00 covers of nylon or other polyamides: turf under heading 5703 (carpets and other textile floor coverings (including turf), tufted, whether or not made up). US Customs collects import statistics for it under 2 ten-digit suffixes, reported in square metres and kilograms.
The general duty rate is 6.7% of the customs value, which is above most the rates in chapter 57 (86th percentile of 50 lines with an ad valorem rate). On a shipment valued at $10,000 that is $670 in duty before any Chapter 99 additions or preference claims.
Neighbouring lines carry rates from 3.8% to 6.7%, so the exact line matters. The widest gap is with 5703.90.00 (of other textile materials), at 3.8%: a product that belongs there but is entered here, or the reverse, changes the duty by 2.9 percentage points.
