HTS 9506.99.25 covers ice-hockey and field-hockey articles and equipment, except balls and skates, and parts and accessories thereof under heading 9506 (articles and equipment for general physical exercise, gymnastics, athletics, other sports…). US Customs collects import statistics for it under 2 ten-digit suffixes, reported in number of items.

This line's footnotes point to one additional provision in Chapter 99: 9903.90.08 (measures on products of Russia). Chapter 99 duties are added on top of the general rate for goods of the countries they name, and they change more often than the rest of the schedule, so check the current CBP guidance before you rely on a total.

Rates on the nearby lines range from duty-free to 5.6%. The costliest confusion would be with 9506.99.12 (badminton articles and equipment, except rackets, and parts and…) at 5.6%, a difference of 5.6 points on the customs value.

For statistics it divides in two: 9506.99.25.40 for ice-hockey sticks and 9506.99.25.80 for other, including parts and accessories. Both pay the same duty; the suffix records which kind was imported.
